Trilostane

Trilostane is a medical management approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for dogs with pituitary dependent hyperadrenocorticism (PDH) and adrenal dependent hyperadrenocorticism (ADH). It is provided in capsule form, orally, with dosage adjusted according to individual patient response, including monitoring clinical signs and laboratory test results. Treatment should be reserved for patients diagnosed with adrenal hyperfunction through appropriate testing and compatible clinical signs.
